Public bug reported:

When i install Quotas and follow these steps:

https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-enable-user-and-
group-quotas

apparently when i restart my computer it freezes at Ubuntu Splash screen
i did find out which step was becoming the bug at the part when 1 edits
the script /etc/fstab to enable the user or group to quota it causes the
boot up to freeze

I did press F12 and check which part it was freezing at i found that it
stops at:

* Starting cups-browsed - Bonjour remote printer browsing daemon

and that’s all i get its froze no start up

why to get it fixed is not using quota and deleting usrquota and/or
grpquota from the /etc/fstab and reboot

Including if you where to press ctrl+alt+F4 or F1 it will still be
frozen there with a - at the left hand corner of screen just blanking
and froze
