The Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS  has this issue too.

Fresh install, today. All updates applied (upgrade and dist-upgrade).


When the update package will be released ? 

The lastest version is:

root@ubuntu-kvm:~# dpkg -l | grep libvirt;

amd64        library for interfacing with different virtualization systems


First the Directory is not created: (/var/lib/libvirt/qemu/channel/target), 
creating correctly with the correct owner, has the another issue (about 
apparmor).
