pactl list sinks
in working 12.04
the name of the port change since pulseaudio try to remove reduant
path

analog-output-headphones;output-amplifier-off:
Headphones / No Amplifier (priority: 9000)
Active Port: analog-output-headphones;output-amplifier-off
