Public bug reported:

STEPS:
1. Install ota6
2. Use the phone as a phone don't let it run out of battery power
3. Uptime for me nearly 8 days and the system become unusable

EXPECTED:
I expect the system to always run smoothly with 0 apps open

ACTUAL:
Tapping the power button to wake the device seemingly does nothing, Tap it
again and the welcome screen appears and disappears. Tap it again and it
appears as normal, Start using apps, the apps will suddenly stall (Note not
crash just stall).

RESULTS:
I opened up top
User message+ dbus-daemon-system-fork is bouncing from 2.4% cpu, to 40-60%
cpu, to 98-102% cpu. This is the only high cpu utilising app after an hour
watching.

Memory on device is at a minimum too. As can be seen here
http://paste.ubuntu.com/12436034/ this system has no app open.

Logs: I have included the entire .cache/upstart folder and syslog.

** Affects: dbus (Ubuntu)
