Public bug reported:
It looks like xe-guest-utilities 6.2.0-1120+dsf1-0ubuntu1~14.04.0
appeared in trusty-updates recently. When I did an apt-get upgrade, the
previous version (from XenServer) was replaced. Which might be ok.
Unfortunately did it also pull in cloud-init via its dependencies which
made the reboot an interesting experience because cloud-init first tried
to contact various servers which failed and took a long time and then
replaced the SSH keys with new ones. Which broke our automation.
Please make cloud-init a recommended or even only suggested package.
** Affects: xe-guest-utilities (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided

- backported xe-guest-utilities pulls in cloud-init which does werid things and
reconfigures the server
