I have lost ALC269 sound between ubuntu 14.04.1 and 14.04.3
and probably switch from kernel 3.13 and (3.16-3.19)
Sound (speakers) was working fine since 2011 with Ubuntu.
Knoppix 7.4.2 (32bit), the sound is working fine.
lsmod/lspci give (almost) the same output (more kernel mod for
ubuntu/intel hda)
