A thought: A consequence of this buggy kernel upload is that many 'non-expert users' now have seemingly useless systems, and are unable to resolve the problem themselves. Take bug #1503787 as an example of what I'm talking about.
Is there any suitable tutorial for this type of issue to which they can be pointed? If not, I think it would be an important goodwill gesture to write something up. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1503655 Title: Kernel bug in eventpoll_release_file+0x46/0xa0 with 3.13.0-66.107 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1503655/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
