Public bug reported:
when typing any initial character followed by "Lam-Alef" character, it
does not change its form to be "first character form". it stays initial
form.
this is true for every character in the Arabic character set. and it
happens only when the initial character is followed by "lam-alef" "لا"
character.
when using the openoffice 2.2 version of windows it does not exist. but
when using the one that comes with the Ubuntu version 7.04 it occures.
