OK, problem here is it usb_modeswitch. Right after boot it fails for some reason, and huawei 3372h is still visible as Bus 003 Device 003: ID 12d1:1f01 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
But if I unplug it and plug again, then it looks like Bus 003 Device 005: ID 12d1:14dc Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and recognized by cdc_ether usb_modemswitch.log is attached. Right now I added usb_modeswitch -v 0x12d1 -p 0x1f01 -M "55534243123456780000000000000a11062000000000000100000000000000" to correct modem init. It worked ones, will test more....
