>From log:

Configurando odbc-mdbtools:amd64 (0.7.1-1ubuntu1) ...
odbcinst: error while loading shared libraries: libodbcinst.so.2: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
dpkg: error al procesar el paquete odbc-mdbtools:amd64 (--configure):
 el subproceso instalado el script post-installation devolvió el código de
salida de error 127

However on my test system (Trusty LXC):

# ldd /usr/bin/odbcinst
        linux-vdso.so.1 =>  (0x00007ffe0b916000)
        libodbcinst.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libodbcinst.so.1
(0x00007f17f62fc000)
        libpthread.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0
(0x00007f17f60de000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x00007f17f5d18000)
        libltdl.so.7 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libltdl.so.7
(0x00007f17f5b0e000)
        /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007f17f6515000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so.2 (0x00007f17f590a000)

Do you have some sort of replacement for odbcinst that you have
overridden locally? The odbcinst shipped in Ubuntu requires
libodbcinst.so.1, not libodbcinst.so.2.

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem,
rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.

If indeed this is a local configuration problem, you can find pointers
to get help for this sort of problem here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community

Or if you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it
helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively"
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful
if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem,
explain why you believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem
specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to New.

** Changed in: mdbtools (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
