I found a workaround to this crash... It involves writing the layout name in the search field before unchecking the checkbox.
I knew that I wanted Unijoy layout. So: 1. I opened the Input method settings (System Settings -> Personalization -> Regional Settings -> Input method tab) 2. Before unchecking, I wrote "unijoy" in the search box just below "Available Input Method" (I had to install fcitx-m17n for unijoy layout.) 3. I unchecked the checkbox, and I found the layout I was looking for! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1514743 Title: System Settings crashes when unchecking "Only Show Current Language" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemsettings/+bug/1514743/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
