SRU Justification: Impact:
Bug causes easily reproducible freeze of networking on affected systems when under moderate to high network load. Ordinary benchmark tools such as iperf induce the problem without difficulty. Affected systems are virtual machine instances running on Azure, utilizing the hv_netvsc network device driver.
