Public bug reported: After entering my password at the lightdm prompt and pressing Enter, the computer is apparently idle for 20-25 seconds. The user session starts loading after that time. I have a SSD disk, so the session should be quite fast. Note that if I logout of a session, and re-login, the session starts immediately: the delay is present only on the first session after the boot.
Since I read of similar problem from other people, and the trend is to blame pulseaudio, I enabled logging (with a single "-v") and I'm attaching the log file. I pressed "Enter" on the keyboard right after the time indicator started the 22:58 minute. I don't know if that's normal, but you can see that there was a pulseaudio process with PID 1775, then PID 2465 started, and the initial PID 1775 finally quit at 22:58:20, roughly at the time when the session started loading.
