I set it back to Confirmed as this bug mainly is a crash report, with a kernel stacktrace. The stacktrace may help a developer to see where the issue is.
The other bug is only about the garbage text, something I mentioned that may be related, but it may be not and just be coincidence. Anyhow, I will test the setting suggested there (to fallback from SNA to UXA), and see whether I can get a crash report in the following days. Otherwise, I will try back to SNA and test the same again. ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1511002 Title: Computer freezes/crashes while using GNOME To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1511002/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
