You appear to have installed Ubuntu to /dev/sdb, and have nothing on /dev/sda. You either need to put at least one partition on /dev/sda, or install grub to /dev/sdb instead ( selection is on the partitioning screen of the installer ), and make sure your bios is set to boot from that drive.
