Public bug reported:

I bought a new Asus laptop about a couple of weeks back.

Touchpad is working fine in windows 10 (default OS), however the
touchpad wasn't detected by Ubuntu and therefore I'm unable to use
touchpad at all.

Laptop Model: ASUS F555U
OS: Ubuntu 15.04
GNOME: 3.14.1 (Ubuntu 2015-03-18)
Kernel: 3.19.0-42-generic (#48-Ubuntu SMP Thu Dec 17 22:54:45
UTC 2015)

And executing the commands below doesn't generate any output.

1) cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
2) sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log
