I have a feeling the way they expect to be taken seriously by users is by removing software center in 16.04 like they announced. Also I find it depressing that every time somebody tries to insult Ubuntu for this bug they give no helpful advice or any incentive to actually fix this. Ubuntu is a community driven project so please stop wasting energy on being nasty about this issue and instead use that energy to help resolve the issue by either contributing ideas for a fix or actually fix the bug.
