** Description changed:

- I (re)installed Kubuntu 14.10 with the partitioning option "Guided - Use
+ I (re)installed Kubuntu 15.10 with the partitioning option "Guided - Use
  entire disk and set up encrypted LVM" on an empty disk. After the final
  reboot, the partiton table shown below was created.
  
  The EFI partition was created with 512 MB and the boot partition with
  256 MB. From previous experiences is a 256 MB boot partition too small
  and tends to fill up with old kernels (it is filled up to 50% with only
  two kernels already). OTOH is a EFI partition with 512 MB quite big for
  the data usage I see.
  
  IMO the sizes would make more sense the other way round: 256 MB EFI and
  512 MB boot.
