Public bug reported: I launched the distribution upgrade for upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10.
The "Release notes" popup appeared, which has a paragraph that reads: """ To see what's new in this release, visit: http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/features """ That link is just a generic list of features of Ubuntu and doesn't contain even the slightest bit of information about "what's new in this release". Please either replace the link with a more specific release notes or changelog link, or rephrase the text introducing the link.
