Public bug reported:
Using Ubuntu 15.10 with Unity 7.3.2 on my Thinkpad x200t.
TEST CASE:
1. Set launcher auto hide "on" in system config.
2. When launcher hide, try to unhide it by Wacom stylus or eraser.
RESULT
Launcher doesn't unhide.

When using trackpoint/mouse - all ok .
Set sensivity to high don't resolve problem.
It's very uncomfortably using auto hide feature in tablet mode, because need
to using screen keyboard and press win-key (meta-key).

P.S. Ubuntu-bug show that bug in compiz package, but I think this one in Unity.
