Yeah, I actually built RC4 myself last night to test and it didn't seem to make any difference. Note that I'm using the pkg-php-tools from http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-php/pkg-php- tools.git/log/?h=master-7.0, but I don't think the issue should be there, but in xdebug itself. Here's the debug I've gotten so far.
