I had the exact same problem until I realized doing the following fixed my 
problem:
    - Go to 'Image Quality' tab, or click on 'Properties' then go to 'Image 
Quality' tab
     - Try different resolutions then click 'Print'
In my case, changing 'HQ1200' to '600dpi' fixed the problem. Of course I had to 
print the document using lower quality, but 600dpi was good enough.
