We have a HP-DesignJet 130 connected to Ubuntu 14.04 (upgraded from 12.04 in order to get plotter to work). The HP-DesignJet_130-cdnj500.ppd seems to be very close to a working solution. It seems as if all that is needed is for the buffer to be flushed and the paper ejected (manual load). All prints (from Ubuntu test page to BricsCAD printing to printing a PDF) prints almost the complete page and then stalls right at the end. My gut tells me that the printer needs a command at the end of a printout to flush whatever is in the buffer.
