The problem is that ubuntu-make still depends on python3.4 ...

I cleaned my system and deleted the folder as you mentioned in your
post:

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-make 
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
The following additional packages will be installed:
  libmpdec2:i386 libpython3.4-minimal:i386 libpython3.4-stdlib:i386
  libreadline6:i386 python3-argcomplete python3-gnupg python3-progressbar
  python3-yaml python3.4:i386 python3.4-minimal:i386
