Public bug reported:

An upstream fix
(https://github.com/xdebug/xdebug/commit/7f7d02e13be91dd4960cafba5114628dd4c6b2b5)
went in after 2.4.0-rc4, which is currently packaged in Debian and
Ubuntu. Ideally 2.4.0 GA will come out before FF, but I want to ensure
this tracks that either happens or we pull the fix down.

Upstream bug report: https://bugs.xdebug.org/view.php?id=1261.

** Affects: php-xdebug (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist
         Status: New
