I always forget to change module version for btusb to pass sanity check.
I fixed it. Run this:

sudo dpkg -r btusb-lp1542564-dkms
wget 
https://launchpad.net/~hanipouspilot/+archive/ubuntu/bluetooth/+files/btusb-lp1542564-dkms_0.2_all.deb

Reboot.

It should work after that.
Then post again

dmesg | grep Bluetooth

to see whish firmware file it loads.
