I've attached a log of me starting a completely clean environment
(removed dconf config directory and monitors.xml) with the second
monitor unplugged. Then attaching the monitor (which worked fine). Then
I tried to move the second monitor to the left of my laptop screen and
got two errors which I'll attach below. Applying the config appeared to
work just fine. Then I unplugged the second monitor which worked fine as
well. When I then reattached the second monitor the X server segfaulted
as can be seen in the log.
