@jegr The folks who already have PHP code compatible with PHP 5.6 shouldn't have any problems updating to PHP 7.0. I would worry more about the upgrade from PHP 5.3 in precise to PHP 5.5 in trusty.
If the customers could upgrade their code to PHP 5.6, they might as well jump directly to PHP 7.0. The most intrusive changes that broke software has happened between PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.4. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1522422 Title: Update to php 7.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/php5/+bug/1522422/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
