Looks like you have a large number of Personal Package Archives (PPAs)
that have not had their contents rebuilt for Xenial. The supported
upgrade tools remove PPAs before performing upgrades for this reason.
You should contact the PPA owners to obtain support.
Since this has nothing to do with Unity I'm marking it as invalid.
