This does not work for me on Ubuntu 16.04 Mate Alpha1 amd64 updated to current packages when using compiz. When marco is used the window can be easier resized by pressing ALT and dragging the lower right corner, but it is still not working the natural way - by just dragging the right lower corner. Why is this behaviour different from other Applications ? Resizing a terminal or browser window just works.
