Please forget this, it is a hardware problem. I tried only with windows and suspend to ram does not work, only suspend to disk. Tried without SSD (Ubuntu Live session in a pen drive), and after suspension, the computer goes to UEFI BIOS. So I can assume that this is a problem with my laptop motherboard (switched RAM too).
