After the last update, TexStudio settings works correctly, however nautilus is still do not save icons position. Logs files are attached.

Applications cannot change their settings. For instance when I change an icons position in the desktop, then I update it; the icon returns to default position. Also, when I change settings of TeXstudio and then re-start it I get only last settings, new settings are not applied.
