The "Metal" theme is also very nice. Not as fancy as Nimbus, but
probably a better choice for default. I especially like the file
navigation dialogs on "Metal" and "Nimbus".

  After launching the File-Opening dialog, if you try to navigate to any
- file system location, the entire application freezes and you having to
