obligation for anyone from Lenovo to ever look at your problem, let
alone address it.

You need to either call one of the Lenovo Authorized Service Partners,
whose phone numbers are listed in the URL I previously provided, or call
into the sales line and ask for what the appropriate technical support
phone number is.
