.deb files were installed via dpkg -i, dependencies via `apt-get install -f`, which finished configuration of some znc packages which were missing dependencies.
This text file is all the relevant logs from the installation that I was able to pull (network disconnect to the testing system resulted in a failure to obtain the `dpkg -i` log data.
