Confirming this.

"on PRIVMSG" works (as used, for instance, at
http://www.scriptkitties.com/tclplugin/pluginscripts.tar.gz in the
'nicksaid.tcl' script).

"on !text", however, doesn't, even when trying with the verbatim !opme
example at http://www.scriptkitties.com/tclplugin/tclplugin.shtml#on
('splitsrc' procedure added).

I haven't been able to use "on ACTION", either.
