Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Xubuntu 15.10 on a lenovo laptop, some Czech letters
cannot be written anymore. Letters which still work are those mapped to
specific keyboards (replacing numerical keys at the top of the
keyboards. Less frequent letters, such as ď, ň and ť (had to copy them
from Wikipedia) are usually written by preceding them with the ´ or ˇ
sign (located just left of the backspace). Normally, the first keypress
won't produce any output on the screen but will modify the following
letter, but since the upgrade, pressing the key '=' will type '´'
immediately (similarly SHIFT+'=') will type 'ˇ'. The following letter is
then not modified. Although these letters are not very frequent in
Czech, writing a document or even an e-mail gets really annoying, since
these letters have to be copied from somewhere else. Thanks for any
help.
