Not sure if this bug is the right place but only one I could find with similar issues, my apt-mirror never downloads and if I wget it cleans the files and source folder for this link: http://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/source/ Advice is very welcome, able to upload my conf if required.
