Still reproducible with 16.04

While one needs it for to manage keys for openvpn it is functionally
only easy-rsa - removing openvpn.

I'm not an expert enough to rate if changing all to 
"KEY_ALTNAMES="DNS:${KEY_CN}" could also have negative impact.
But the bug surely has enough to work on it - marking triaged/medium.
