This bug is also reproduced in Ubuntu 14.04. 1) Open "Passwords and Keys". 2) Select some SSH key in "OpenSSH keys" tab. 3) Choose "Export..." in menu and then store exported file somewhere. 4) Then choose "Import..." and try to select file created on step (3). You will see:
