After a few hacks and a lot of research, I believe that this is caused by Qt trying to render these LibreOffice SVGs which may not follow the appropriate spec. Qt only renders SVGs which follow the SVG Tiny 1.2 specification.
I verified external to the context of Unity Scopes that this was a global issue with Qt and the LO icons. To check different icons rendering with Qt, I used the Qt SVG Viewer example application found here: https://github.com/qtproject/qtsvg/tree/dev/examples/svg/svgviewer I filed a bug with LibreOffice here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99395 ** Bug watch added: Document Foundation Bugzilla #99395 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99395 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1558742 Title: Possible wrong icon is being used To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/libertine-scope/+bug/1558742/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
