Public bug reported:

Hi,

After a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 in a new SSD, there aren't shadows
under menus on application decoration borders and Unity panel.

I've seen the same problem in Askubuntu:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/761842/no-shadows-under-menus-on-application-decoration-borders-and-unity-panel/762487#762487

I've a second issue with Compiz's expo plugin, there isn't the orange
glow effect which shows the current workspace. If I run "dconf reset -f
/org/compiz/" and "setsid unity" fixes the problem temporarily because
when I reboot the laptop the problem is still there.

Thanks!!
