Public bug reported:

I use md5deep.

Since the dist-upgrade to 16.04, the binary md5deep is not available
anymore.

Minimal example :
sudo apt-get install md5deep

-> Ubuntu install md5deep and hashdeep but autocompletion only show :
$ md5sum
md5sum            md5sum.textutils

autiwa:~$ locate md5deep
autiwa:~$ whereis md5deep
md5deep:

Note that I tested this on both a fresh install and a dist-upgrade. Even
a new launch of terminal, or a reboot doesn't change anything to my
problem. I'm not sure but I think there's a problem with the package
that doesn't contain any md5deep binary. hashdeep is available.
