GATT is part of bluez experimental feature: bluetoothd -E. After I enabled it by setting the NOPLUGIN_OPTION="-E" into the /etc/default/bluetooth file. I just had to pair and trust the mouse manually using the "bluetoothctl" console and it worked fine.
