linked to the Python 3 libboost_python:

  NEEDED               libboost_python-py35.so.1.58.0

As is python3-mapnik (0.0~20160412-5b015f2-1) in yakkety:

usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/mapnik/_mapnik.cpython-35m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so |

  NEEDED               libboost_python-py35.so.1.60.0
