Did a upgrade from Ubuntu-Gnome 15.10 to 16.04 (and also a clean install of 16.04). 16.04 did totally break some of my OpenVPN connections. However manually commenting out dnsmasq in NetworkManager did resolve my problem (see post #20).
What is the reason for dnsmasq to be active by default? Shouldn't it be turned off by default? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1211110 Title: network manager openvpn dns push data not updating system DNS addresses To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1211110/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
