Public bug reported: The title bar at the top of windows sometimes disappears after applications have been left open and the computer has locked the screen. When I resume, the windows are missing their title bars and the resizing and closing buttons. It prevents the background windows that are open from being closeable. Right clicking on the application menu at the bottom taskbar panel opens the menu but none of the resizing or close options work. Applications that are opened after the screen resumes don't even show up at all on the taskbar panel.
See attached screenshot for an example of what it looks like. Firefox was opened after the resume and title bar issue and is not even listed on the taskbar panel.
