I'm using 4.6.0 rc6 since about a week and haven't experienced this issue since then. I would treat this as an evidence though. Will be continuing testing with the 4.6 kernel series. Installed the kernel from here: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.6-rc6-wily/
