Public bug reported:
I started Adept, chose manage repositories and wanted to choose a
different mirror.
I clicked on "Österreich", the translation of "Austria", and it crashed
with this error message:

KeyError: u'\xd6sterreich'
The letters Ö and ü (German umlauts) are displayed wrong in the dialog as well.
