Public bug reported: The new package for ircd-irc2 reports a "Server is running in split mode" on joining the server. This is caused by a variable in config.h, here is a thread that describes it:

Also, when I got the new 2.11 package, my ircd.conf (from the previous ircd version)wouldn't work.
